Igneo Infrastructure Partners, a division of Australian asset manager First Sentier Investors (FSI), is seeking to acquire Spanish biomass energy firm Enso Energy Environment and Sustainability (Enso), sources familiar with the matter confirmed after a formal announcement of the acquisition was sent to the competition watchdog in Portugal.
